Centralised Counselling of the PGDCC Programme

1. Centralised Counselling of the PGDCC Programme will be held on May 28-29, 2012 at the Convention Centre, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110068.
2. Only qualified (40 percent is the qualifying cut off for General Category and 35 percent for SC/ST and OBC Non-Creamy layer ) candidates are invited for centralized counseling.
3. Those OBC candidates who have not submitted OBC Non-Creamy layer certificate have been put in the General Category. Candidates belong to OBC Non-Creamy layer category are requested to submit scan copy of the OBC Non-Creamy layer certificate to given email id (directorsohs@ignou.ac.in) of the invitation letter as early as possible.

• Rank and Position-wise combined merit list of all qualified candidates of all categories.
• Rank and Position-wise merit list of all qualified candidates of SC.
• Rank and Position-wise merit list of all qualified candidates of ST Category.
• Rank and Position-wise merit list of all qualified candidates of OBC (Both Creamy and Non-Creamy Layer) Category. All OBC Creamy Layer candidates will be considered as General category.
• Rank and Position-wise merit list of all qualified Candidates of Physically Handicapped Category.
• Rank and Position-wise merit list of all qualified Candidates of Kashmiri Migrant Category.
• Invitation letter for the centralized counseling to the qualified candidates.  IGNOU has already send invitation letter to all qualified candidates for centralized counseling. Candidates score less than qualifying cut off are not invited for Centralised counseling.
• Admission Form [Please don't write anything on Application Number, Control Number, Enrollment Number, Regional Centre Code, Study Centre Code, State code and Point No 20 of the Application Form]
• Proforma for OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate
• Provisional list of Programme Study Center (PSC) and tentative number of Seats. The confirm list of PSC and total number of seats in each PSC will be available during the counselling session.
