IGNOU inks pact to boost employment opportunities of students
The Indira Gandhi National Open University’s (IGNOU’s) Campus Placement Cell (CPC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Integrated Learning Solution Pvt. Ltd (ILS) to incorporate an open resource model called Wheebox, a learning tool for students and educators to promote and manage learning in India and abroad.
Wheebox Cloud based platform is one of the research based instructional design innovations of ILS which would help IGNOU learners to achieve better insights into their strengths and improvement area of employment.
According to the MoU, IGNOU shall add a link to ILS website, www.Wheebox.com on its home page and also agrees to promote it on its own website.
The MoU was signed by the Registrar of IGNOU, Mr. U. S. Tolia and Director of ILS, Mr. Deepankar Sarkar. The content authoring tool of Wheebox designs the learning plan and the content for the user on a real-time basis based on the insights of user's improvement area.
