KANPUR: Dayanand Girls' Degree College declared its first cutoff list on Thursday. The college authorities said that the minimum percentage required for seeking admission into graduate courses is at least 60% marks for arts and 70% for science stream.
The college committee has set up three different cutoff lists for general, SC/ST and OBC candidates respectively. The college authorities said they would declare the second cutoff list soon.
Various other degree colleges like Mahila Mahavidyalaya, SN Sen Degree College, PPN Degree College etc have already declared their first cutoff lists in the initial days of the week. These colleges are likely to declare their second cutoff lists by the second week of this month.
Many colleges are also giving admissions to students on 'first come, first serve' basis.
