Delhi University is one of the premier central universites of India that attracts thousands of students from across the country. It has around 83 collleges that offer various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Apart from admitting students to various conventional courses, some colleges of

also offers professional courses. Bachelor of Business Economics, B.Sc. (H) in Biomedical Sciences, Bachelor of Mass Media and Mass Communication, B.A. (H) in Foreign Languages, B.Sc. (P.E., H.E. And S.S.), B.A. (H) in Hindi Pratrakarita, B.A. (H) in Journalism, B.El.Ed are some of such courses. Admission to most of these pofessional courses are done through entrance test and students should contact the respective colleges offering the courses for collecting forms.

Admission to Delhi University (DU) distance education courses will begin from

June1, 2011

Documents Required at the time of Admission:

While candidates can submit the pre-admission forms without attaching any certificates, at the time of taking admission to the college, they need to produce the following documents:

  1. Marksheets of Board Exams
  2. Provisional Pass Certificate if not original.
  3. Calss X certificate
  4. SC/ST Certificate (if applicable)
  5. Other Certificates as per college requirement
