Information brochure along with Application Form can be obtained from i) Branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce on cash payment of Rs.1000/- (inclusive of examination fee), post By from Co-ordinator UPCMET, 1st Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly – U.P. – 243 001 by sending Bank Draft of Rs.1050/- in favour of “UPUMCWA, Bareilly” along with two self-addressed stickers, before 25th April, 2009 and iii) from the member institutions on cash payment of Rs.1000/-.
