National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology is an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Council centrally regulates academics for hospitality and hotel administration and other eleven structured courses of studies that are imparted at the existing 21Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 7 State Govt. Institutes of Hotel Management, 7 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT and 6 Food Craft Institutes located in different parts of the country. All Institutes uniformly follow standardized course curricula prescribed by the Council for the different professional programmes.

Date of Examination: 9.05.2009 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Candidates may also download Application Form up to 27^th March 2009 from www.nchmct.org and forward their request by speed post /Registered Post only along with requisite demand draft (Rs. 850/- for general and OBC and Rs. 450/- for SC/ST/PH categories ) drawn in favour of “NCHMCT” payable at Noida.
