The Indira Gandhi National Open University’s (IGNOU’s) School of Health Sciences (SOHS) organised a free health camp in association with the Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, New Delhi for gynaecological problems which covered general gynaecological consultation, self breast examination and Pap-smear test for female employees, family members and students of the University.

Prof. M. Aslam, VC, IGNOU graced the occasion. The health camp began with a health talk in the convention center of the university addressed by Dr. Renu Mishra, head, Gynaecology department of the hospital. In addition to Dr. Mishra, three more gynaecologists participated in the camp. Doctors visiting the camp were Dr. Rinku Sen Gupta, Dr. Preeti Vyas and Dr. J. Aruna Kumari. More than 100 female employees were examined by these doctors.
