New Delhi: Following a series of complaints questioning the fairness of trials, Hindu College has put its ECA and sports admissions on hold.
The college posted on its website that due to certain complaints, which are under investigation, the college is unable to finalize the admission list for sports/ECA category for 2011-2012. And any progress in this matter will be duly notified.
In fact, Hindu College governing body had, abolished the sports and ECA category before admissions began this year.
According to the college, several complaints last year had led the Governing Body to take such a decision. However, it was revoked on 'popular demand.'
