Introduction: Tata Ryerson Limited (TRyL) encourages students from various Business Schools & Engineering Institutes from all over the country to undertake Internship Projects, having duration of 8 weeks.

For every trainee, a project guide is assigned who generally has vast experience & knowledge in the particular field.

During the tenure of the project, there are mid-point assessments, which are generally intimated by the concerned project-guides. The trainees are expected to have regular interactions with their guides, for the purpose of the assessments. At the end of the tenure of project, the trainees have to conduct a presentation of their reports in front of the senior management. Depending on the performance & necessary evaluations, the trainees are suitably rewarded.
Advantages: While hiring trainees, we assess the candidates on the following parameters:
Functional/Technical knowledge
Application of the desired knowledge
Interpersonal (Behavioural) skills
Flexibility & mobility

Application Procedure: We invite applications from various institutes for summer projects. After preparing the initial shortlist of the candidates, we conduct personal interviews, wherein the above-mentioned criteria are adjudged.
